June 2010 Dear Assumption School Families and Friends: As you already know, our time at Our Lady of the Assumption School is coming to an end. We have fought as best we could but to no avail. Please consider this to be our sincere farewell to each and every one of you. We want you all to know that we are truly leaving here with mixed feelings; happy about the new opportunities ahead of us all, but sad to be leaving such a great school where we have made so many wonderful friends and memories that will last a lifetime. The last several years as members of the Parents Guild Executive Board were the best because of all that we have learned from you. We have become more than friends but truly a family that we will cherish always. We know we will all remain friends for a very long time. We can only pray that our new schools we have chosen for our children will give us all the comfort and love that our years at Assumption School have given us. To our teachers, May you find a school to teach in that makes you feel like part of a family. We thank each of you for caring for our children the way you have. Any students to have you for teachers are considered to be the lucky ones. Good luck to you all and may you always remember your days at Assumption School.
