Destination Imagination Is Under Way!

The new DI season has started!

Thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Carr, Mrs. Vernon, Mrs. McCusker, and Mrs. Mayo for stepping up as Team Managers. Thank you Mrs. Vera and Madalynn's dad for helping. Also, thank you to Mr. Poblete for continuing as a strong supporter and volunteer.

We could still use a few kindergarten, first, and second grade children on our Rising Stars (noncompetitive) team. Here's what you need to do to get in on this exciting adventure:

1. Contact Mr. Schul at michael.schul@hcps.org and let him know your child (and maybe you as a volunteer) is interested in participating.
2. Consider volunteering as a Team Manager or Assistant (without volunteers, we will not be able to serve all of the children who are interested). Teams can meet any day Monday-Friday at a time that is convenient for you!

The $25 registration fee is made payable to Church Creek Elementary School and is due ASAP.

Teams are currently meeting, with the following schedule each week:

• Mr. and Mrs. Carr's team: Mondays
• Mrs. McCusker's Rising Stars team: Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30
• Mrs. Mayo's team: Fridays
• Mrs. Vernon's team: Monday at her home and Fridays at CES
